    50% of the total booking cost must be paid upon confirmation, and the remaining amount must be paid 20 days prior to the arrival date.
    If the check-in date is earlier than 20 days at the moment of confirmation, the full amount must be paid upon confirmation of the booking.

    20 days before arrival the cancellation is free of charge;
    20-11 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of total cost of the reservation;
    10 days before arrival or less, the cancellation fee is 100% of total cost of the reservation.

    High season (June-August)
    31 days before arrival the cancellation is free of charge;
    30-21 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of total cost of the reservation;
    20-11 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 60% of total cost of the reservation;
    10 days before arrival or less, the cancellation fee is 100% of total cost of the reservation.
